Gumnut Lane Community Services provides person-centred supports for NDIS participants, with a focus on building independence, confidence, practical skills and meaningful social and community connections.
Our supports are designed around each participant's individual goals, interests and support needs. We want participants to have genuine choice in what they do, opportunities to develop new skills, and the support they need to participate in their community in ways that are meaningful to them.
Community Access & Social Participation
Individual and small-group support to get out into the community, explore interests, attend activities and events, build confidence and develop social connections.
Group & Centre-Based Activities
Inclusive small-group programs that provide opportunities to socialise, learn, create and participate alongside others in a supportive environment.

Creative Sessions
Creativity is at the heart of Gumnut Lane. Our sessions use hands-on making, creative projects and shared experiences to support participants to explore their interests, build practical and social skills, develop confidence and connect with others.
Rather than following a traditional "art class" model, sessions are designed around the individual and can be adapted to each participant's goals, interests, abilities and support needs.
